There appears to be a good bit of fluid buildup right behind the glans. I have massaged and massaged and it will not migrate. It feels like a water balloon, and any hard spots I have been able to massage away. Is this normal? I know this is a question best posed to Dr. C however it is too late at night to contact his office. It is more swelling the PMMA migration. Some swell more then others. Keep yourself from retracting tho. It will dissipate with time, I'm not even sure it's necessary to massage that area of swelling...the massaging is designed to help smooth out any potential irregularities, not lessen swelling. Let it heal, from how you describe it - sounds perfectly normal (I've had the same balloon swelling behind the glans after each round of PMMA, went in away in under a week).
