I don't have that big donut that a lot of guys get, but my overall shaft looked pretty crazy. I can post some pics later. I'm finally home and catching up on sleep & everything else.
Here's Flaccid at day 4. FG = 5.25. EL = 6 again. Back to normal Erect length.

Flaccid pics and one Erect. It is pretty swollen still. I can actually put a condom on it Flaccid and it shrinks in Girth about a full Inch!
I still have fluid underneath. Wade said to try to push it out every few hours...it doesn't really like to move or stay out of there. I ordered a sleeve, but it seems like that company doesnt reply to emails or send orders when they are placed...
I hope that the upside to all this swelling is more growth...cuz it's definitely more than R2! Same CCs though.
Entry points are hardening... and a little painful. Deja vu - it's funny I forgot all this goes on & then I read my journal and it's all the same (except more swelling this time).
My Erect pic is amazing to me... I wish it would stay that way. Swelling makes everything look so even. Last time I went through an ugly phase around 6 weeks to 3 mos, and then it started evening out more. Strange how that worked.

The entry nodules are not visible there, but they feel like 6 hard zits under the skin. Would be difficult to explain those in a sexual situation. Last time, they were gone in a few months, but one I removed with a needle and tweezers. This time, they seem bigger and I have 6 instead of just a few. I never blocked the entry sites...I don't get why I got these every time - and this time they are BIG.
At least I can try to take my own advice from 5/2014:
phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/ear...dules&pid=1282782130
Some pics from Day 8 without a flash...swelling going down fast. The thing on the upper right is an injection site nodule...a bb size one. Skin is still pretty dry and irritated from the whole thing, though I am finally not bleeding anymore so I can use lotion again.
I exercised yesterday for the first time in a week, and the swelling was down a lot more this morning. Also, I didn't wear anything on my dick when I slept (no coban, no non-lubed condom, etc...). And it was less swollen. Or maybe it's just due to time.

I just did some calculations out of curiosity. Interestingly, I have 12.8 cc of "actual" PMMA, and the rest was carrier.

I'm on day 10 and up 1/2" to 5.25 mseg. So, that's good. But based on past experience, it'll change a lot still.
LOL my last set of pics got a down-vote! Poor penis. This is why forums like reddit annoy me. I edited out my comments about downvotes & upvotes...they've been made by many other people in many other forums.

I think I need to get Kenalog injections...this looks bad. Erect, it feels really bizarre. I have no idea where to go for Kenalog & I really don't want to pay $1000 in travel fees to get it from Dr. C.
These have only gotten harder with time so far, so I think I need Kenalog ASAP to prevent more collagen from building in these areas.

I got 0.25 cc (corrected from prior post) of kenalog-10 in the lump underneath this weekend since I was getting really uncomfortable with how things looked (and this was a huge favor from someone I know - not Dr. C - long story). It can take a while to change - if it is even going to change from kenalog at this dose. I think it could be a hematoma, which won't respond to kenalog anyway. It's hard to say. Dr. C uses Kenalog 40 (4x stronger) at 0.1cc I think (it seems that the literature recommends that). It's more for prevention of this getting bigger than for breaking up a mature lump...so kenalog-40 isn't really needed for now, i think. Kenalog can cause atrophy so it has to be used in small doses unless things are already formed and hardened (at which point even kenalog-40 might not work).
I have a few very hard of nodules and ridges. They're all marked on the images below. Most of them are entry points. The hardness of the nodules is shown in how bright green the color is. Only the bruised area was injected. First, we attempted to pierce the nodule "track" and drain any blood or lymph, but nothing came out. When the needle was pulled out - a ton of blood spurted out...so something is trapped...it just doesn't want to drain. On the underside, there's not just 1 nodule. It's very odd - like a cord attached to a balloon. And some spots are much harder than others.
Does anyone have any thoughts/advice about dealing with areas and nodules at this stage? I couldn't risk the underside turning hard, so i had to see a doctor to deal with that...and the treatment may not even work. I don't know. the entry points, I know from before & other posters, should heal on their own (if not, I can do the DWD procedure). But, the underside nodule and semi-firm areas are more of a concern.
I found this very useful discussion on PMMA lumps and injecting them. It took forever to find people actually giving dosages and doctor names (Dr. Casavantes comes up here too since a few people went to him). He also uses 5FU but I couldn't get that.

Based on what I read here, I think these "ridges" are just needle tracks with PMMA in them, or needle tracks that disturbed surrounding tissue and are full of lymph and/or blood.

11 years 4 months ago #1286783006I got these lumps after my round 2 and yes, they felt bizarre. The dr N took care of them but to be honest I still feel them there. They dont feel that lumpy anymore however still can touch-feel them, the shape and size. When you said that the nodules is the PMMA in the needle trails, does it mean dr C does not use the cannula?

I thought Dr. N used one incision? Dr. C uses 6, and these lumps are at all 6 entry points.
