Wanted to share a photo of the sleeve and how I wrapped it to keep it from rolling back on itself. I stretched out my unit and rolled the sleeve onto the full length of my shaft as high as I could and used the white medical tape they provided me to wrap the end very lightly, overlapping the sleeve itself and some skin. Did the trick amazingly and stayed on for several hours without any attention and me being out and about. The sleeve not only kept things cylindrical and uniform but also stretched out very nicely. I have experienced a little retraction, normal amounts, since taking it off.

This was taken the other day. I wore the sleeve for the first 3 days and 4 nights.

the sleeve was given by the doctor at the time of the procedure. It was not ordered, purchased, etc.
It can however be worn comfortably all day and cleans very easily.

That's a good idea. Mine slipped off on the plane...was a little awkward to deal with that...wearing shorts...

I didn't use it R2 because it was just really uncomfortable for me with all the leakage. Plus, I needed more tension (i'm a Grower). Results are still fine really. I think with you being a show-er and having a lot of PE experience, the sleeve probably is better for you.

Just thinking outside the box brother I think the standard width medical tape would be better. The narrow stuff they give us worked but you had to wrap it all around several times to overlap the sleeve and your base to get it to stay.

That would be awkward for sure... I've had a similar instance with my metal ball Hanger I was wearing a bit before coming south. You know the ones with the magnets and the rubber tube that fits around your glands? I was wearing it on the golf course when I was out with the boys and slipped off when we were on the green... lmao I think no one saw exactly what it was or if they did maybe thought I dropped something out of my pocket. I subtly but quickly picked it up but man did my face go red lol

I am a Grower myself and the one I got was tight enough that when I stretched out my shaft and rolled it on, it kept my shaft nicely/ lightly stretched out and eliminated any retraction when it was on. I previously mentioned to Wade and Dr. C on my follow ups how well it worked for me but will email Wade and reiterate how beneficial it can be. They should really be providing this in different sizes for patients for post op care.

Im sure the manufacturer makes difference sizes. If anyone is interested in it for their procedure it would be worth inquiring about to Wade before your procedure to get one that fits. Everyone is different sizes and have different amounts of swelling.

Tuesday was the one week mark. Things are looking great. Can't say anything more about how great the sleeve worked. Everything is so uniform. Only have a slight bulge on my left side where my ridge was. This is where Dr. C went back in the next day and put some more 10% in. It's the only area that's sore so I suspect some of it is swelling and will settle down some. Had a similar bulge from round one if you look back. It became less apparent/ dramatic after a few weeks. Overall everything is looking very even and increasing in size. Stats:

Week #1 - Post around 2

BGEG - 5.75"
MSEG - 6.75"
BEG. - 7.25"
BPEL. - 7.75"

Tried the new guy out last night for the first time... All smiles on both sides. Was pretty tight not going to lie but good. Pulled off 2 rounds without her knowing... Pretty nuts but happy none the less.

Excellent progress Honzee - you have a great result and well documented. I read in your post that Dr. C gave you the sleeve and that you can buy them online. I've had a look online and can't find anything as simple and effective. Can you recommend a site, or do you know where Dr. C gets them from???
