Casavantes is the "Dr C. that performs the PMMA procedures. Their clinics pair up when patients wish to have both lig cut and PMMA done down in TJ. Hoddle, if you were reffering to the tunica procedure, you'll have to ask DC or someone else will have to weigh in. I'm unfamiliar with that procedure. I am so happy with the results. I would do it 100% again and regret nothing. I have a couple small issues with inconsistency and uniform shape but I will be getting that correct probably right after the first of the year. My size has remained the same since my last procedure at 6" Girth. I don't know if Wade or Dr C visit this site, but I want to just say thank you so much. My head is about 5.5" circumference and looks great with my 6" shaft Girth. I would like to get a touch up in the circ area and I want a thicker base. I'm still very happy overall but there are many things that need to be fixed in my next round, which I'm hoping I can afford very soon. I have some uneven areas and I'm very thin at the base on the right. My retraction hasn't let up and has essentially push the PMMA out of the whole circ area leaving it much thinner and with a very noticable line/indent at my actual circ scar. This needs to be addressed and everything smoothed out. I still have a Nodule on the underside near my head that's been there for awhile and hasn't gone away even after a Kenalog shot back in September. I don't have e any pics of the circ scar right now but I'll take some shortly.
