TOPIC: Deciding to have the PMMA procedure!

I had the same starting stats as you, and after two rounds the first at 20% and the second at 30%, I am holding around 6.25". That puts me at around .75" gain per round, which is on the upper end of expected results. I've been happy with the aesthetic results of both rounds, and the feel is agreeable with me as well. The only parts I think feel less natural are irregularity spots that will be addressed next time, not the overall implant. I am perfectly happy with the route I've taken.

10% is definitely less risky in that any irregularities will be less drastic, but at you'll starting stats you'll definitely need more than one round to get to your goal of 6", so you also have to be willing to perhaps get many rounds if you're going to stay with 10%. Its easy to look at briceb's great 1 round 10% results and think it'll be just as great for you and just as fast, but hes definitely the exception in that his starting stats were already huge, and he has a longer Hanging Cock which definitely reduces any irregularity formation post op.

Well fellas its Done!!! The experience was amazing. Dr C, Wade, and Mel were all awesome guys! They really made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was completely painless and I didnt feel a single thing. Its gotten pretty swollen right off the bat mostly at the base. Dr C looked at my penis and checked it out and decided to go with the 30 percent so we will see how everything goes. I recieved 21 cc of 30% and 3 cc of 10% near the glans. I did not recieve a Cialis as they are starting to think that a constant Erection my not be the route to go. i did however recieve their stretcher and they just got in the homogenizing rollers that every ones been talking about. I think these rollers are really gonna make a difference. i will post pics as soon as possible. Thanks to all!!!!!

So ive had this personal stretching device for a couple years now that ataches right behind the glads with a small magnetic weight sphere that attaches to it. its pain free and never falls off. I think im going to try using this guy for a while just to keep it extended. right off the back my penis wanted to bunch up like an acordion and that just scares me...Let me know what you guys think!

@bones. I got it a few years ago after the website www.getanchorednow.com . its really great it keeps a constant tug on your dick all day, is comfortable, and does not fall off.

Im getting a little concerned because when i take the stretcher off i seem to be retracting alot and im starting to get a large bulge at the base and at the top? I got an erection without cialis and was able to work it out better but as soon as i loose my erection it goes back to having that strange bulge .Wut do you guys think?

Looking good jon. Im sure Wade clarified to not put too much pull with the stretcher/weight. Just enough resistance to prevent retraction. Just want to make sure you have a good outcome brother. That is a cool stretcher. Ill have to look at one myself

I would go easy on the stretching and max out the massaging. Let your body be your guide - everyone is different. Like the stretcher. Happy healing!

Thanks guys! the weight gives me just enough resistance that i can still comfortably massage the shaft up and down and deep in to the skin. I think im starting to develop that swollen circ scar area. how do i know this is just the fluid and swelling and not the actual PMMA itself?

Here's the new Roller they're providing for clients now. It works pretty well!!! As soon as I take my stretcher off or I don't have an Erection my penis bunches up like an accordion. Is this normal or has anyone else experienced this? Just made a fresh pot of coffee. It's gonna be a long night

I was bunched up "like an accordion" right after the procedure in the room (it was cold in there). Using the stretcher reduced this. Due to the swelling I could not feel all of the issues that would emerge and were hidden beneath the surface. I had pretty even, uniform, non-lumpy swelling, so I thought great I'm going to get through this without any problems--I was wrong. Try your best to feel what is happening beneath the surface, especially at the injection sites.

Congrats jonthomas! I'm eagerly awaiting your updates as I'm hopeful that the homogenizing roller will help smooth the filler. I experimented with an electronic cigarette battery and rolled the top part of my shaft for three days post op. It is as smooth as a baby's bottom. The remainder of my shaft exhibits lumps, pits and voids despite keeping my penis in an extended state for over 48 hours. Keep us posted buddy!

*Note* Don't worry about that bulge. It is likely swelling/edema and will reduce in the coming days. Also, the filler does not feel 'fluid-like'. Remember that the PMMA is very viscous and requires a good deal of pressure by Dr. Casavantes to even get it to go through the cannula.
