Went in for Round 2 with Dr. C about two weeks ago. Doctor Cassaventes told me that he thinks i was one of the worst cases of PMMA migration thats happened before. Obiously lots of the product from round one migrated to right below the underside of the glans when the Foreskin became inflamed and very swollen (look at past photos). The Doctor and Wade and I decided to take a less invasive approach this time and simply tried to fill in the empty spaces on the top and sides of the shaft to fill in the empty ring like area behind the Foreskin. I recieved 15 ccs of 30% and 1 cc of 10%. Everything went really smoothly and so far i am happier with the appearance of my penis. The potrusion of product on the underside is still a serious concern of mine and will need to be addressed in round 3 or possibly even round 4 or 5. What do you guys think of the migration? do you think it will be possible to collapse the product with a needle and then refill it with new product and smooth it out? Here are some photos. I will show the progression with pre op Flaccid photo, 4 months post Round 1, and then two weeks post round 2. Also two Erect photos of post round 2. I think Dr C can break up some of that material under the shaft and adjust it accordingly in your next round. Good luck. Yeah I think we're going to try to adress it on the next visit. Round two was completey about fixing the issues at had that had to do with low spots on the sides and top that didn't have any product. I'm really hoping they are able to fix this ridge because its definitely peculiar looking and I don't really know how I would explain it to a girl. @Mustang. I haven't experience any pain or odd sensation coming from the ridge. So that's good.
