I've been taking serracore and self administering Kenelog but I don't think it's doing much if anything... Just worries me about having surgery to remove scar tissue. Seems like we'd want to avoid being cut there again. Going with 2.5lbs everyday for 10 minutes and I'll work my way up In weights from there. You have had PMMA right? Havent' been on in a while so I lose track of who's had what. I'm also looking into a Hanger as the grip doesn't work for me anymore post PMMA. If you are post op, can you talk a little about your Hanging experience with the bib and let me know which model it was? Basically what I do now is wear an all-day-stretcher about 4 hours a day and manually stretch.
