I'm mostly a shower. They wrapped me for walk back to hotel, but didn't think I needed a sleeve or stretcher....I hope I'm massaging well enough. Everything seems very smooth so far. Fingers crossed

So, I found out that there's a party in the lobby in that new club they opened called "tribeca" - which is 20+ floors below me and still loud enough to hear! How is that even possible? I am supposed to be there early so I can get the last check up and leave for the plane, so I wanted to go to bed...but this is crazy. And, I am still working on some stuff. I think your follow-up is after mine because they said there were 3, and I was the only one with a plane to catch. I'll say hi if you're in the waiting room. HA.

for sleeping, try covering your ears with some clothes ( fold 2 shirts and place each one over your ears and then wrap a tie or another shirt around them around your head. it should block most of the sound. it looks stupid but it has helped me in the past when neighbours have lound music).

TomKat - I will try if I can. I saw your post before, but I didn't get a chance to go back today since they were running late (I was supposed to have a touch up injection, but they think it's best to do it tomorrow).

My guess is they aren't involved with chem PE since they do PMMA (and now silicone microdrops). I'll see what wade says if I can ask. I know they have 3 patients to get through tomorrow.

I think the music MIGHT be over...they said it was for a kids party. Oh no - jinxed it...it's back. Damnit. Ok, I have to see if I have any t-shirts left...

This hotel is crazy. An entire family moved into the next room, screaming kids and everything. Packed up, went down to Front desk and told him to change my room. Up on 28 now...no party noise, no kids

Just curious - did you ask them about the party noise? They said I was the only one who said anything which I thought was weird.

I found out that there's a new club open till 2 AM, off the lobby...under separate management from the hotel. It initially looked like a room for a hotel event, but it's completely separate. The hotel tried to blame it on a club across the street, but I said - I'm facing the golf course so it can't be that. And, he said he'd call back.

Anyway, I'm supposed to be massaging my penis (and sleeping) - and not worrying about hotel noise! Oddly enough, when I stayed at the Omni in SD, the noise was bad too - from the train tracks and the internal insulation (tripadvisor reviews all say the same thing). So, I decided not to do that again - and I like being closer to avanti. For the price, the grand is fine - but I bring sanitizing wipes & my own towels / sheets....lol. (If I didn't have open incisions in my penis, I wouldn't be this neurotic, but...I can't help it.)

About 40 hours post procedure. Had to stay in TJ all day yesterday because Wade wanted to keep an eye on me. Apparently, my PMMA can move into my circ area from my mid shaft really easily, and has to constantly be moved out. Wade said it's really rare to happen that way. He was great - massaged it like 6 times yesterday. As you can see, the circ area is really swollen still. Trying to massage now, but having trouble discerning what's product and what's swelling - - I just don't want an 'earthworm' growth around there in a few weeks. Anyone else deal with this?

So it's three weeks since my round one. It's been a long process. So as the swelling around my circ area started to go down, I realized there was a large, peanut sized mass on one side. It really freaked me out. The circ area in general basically has a large ring around it now. Both Wade an I were really confused about how it happened, since we both massaged and were keeping an eye on it. All I can think of was that the swelling was so significant there, I couldn't tell that product had gathered.

I was always prepared for some 'issues' with round one. But I'll tell you, no matter how prepared you think you are, it's a mind-fuck when they happen. I stressed, lost a lot of sleep. Then I finally came to terms with it. It is what it is. Now move on to correcting it.

I was in constant contact with Wade, and after sending him some pics last week, he suggested I come back down to have Dr. C look at it and to get a K shot (I live in LA, so it's not too bad to get down to TJ). So I went down yesterday. As always Wade and Dr. C were great. They examined it, and were a little disappointed that it had happened, but they reassured me that it was not the end of the world, it is fixable, and they promised I'll be happy with my end result.

Truth be told, I'm happy with the rest of it. The shaft is basically perfectly smooth and there are no real gaps, holes, or other bumps yet.

Anyway, Dr. C gave me the K shot and said it should begin flattening out soon.

He didn't touch up the whole circ ring, however, because he said it should still soften and come down a bit. He also said it sets up a perfect barrier for round 2 - he wants to backfill from the ridge back, so basically the ring would be my end result Girth, and he'll just catch the shaft up to the rest of it. Sounded good to me. Funny thing is, I think most guys on here have trouble keeping the product at the very base and at the very top - I'm the opposite. Those areas have been great, the shaft will just need to play catch up.

Anyway, I'll post a couple pics to show the lump - these are all before yesterday's shot. Hopefully I'll be able to post some progress shots soon.

As far as Girth, I've been avoiding measuring so as not to focus on it, because I know the ups and downs in these first few weeks would make me crazy. I will say it does feel significantly fuller, heavier, and thicker - and I would be 100 percent happy if it wasn't for that damn circ ring.

But I knew going into this it would be a process. So there it is. Some guys are lucky with a perfect outcome on the first try - I wasn't one of them. But hopefully this will all work out in the end - Wade and Dr. C seem certain that it will.

I think you have a really good result. Dude, just keep in mind that things can change for weeks now, even up to 6 months. Things can soften up, fill in, etc. I am glad to hear that you were prepared for what you consider a less than optimal outcome and that you have a great outlook towards the future. That is definitely key with something like this. Congrats man.

Nice results... try not to resize to resize the photos so small next time. you look much larger than 5.5 EL by the way.
