Just went to take a piss, and I noticed it is was really looking FAT!!!

I pulled out the tape and got solid 5" Girth measurements along the whole shaft. This is Flaccid!!!

Even though I didn't feel like it I had to work up an Erection... 5 1/8" the whole shaft with not my best EQ... Getting bigger!!!

It would seem Collagen formation is in full swing. I wonder if I can get my 5.25" after all...

So far I'm a big fan of 30%.

5 Inch Flaccid Girth up and down the entire shaft again today! This has been my Erect Girth since the procedure. It is really fattening up. Looks awesome, feels heavy and substantial.

Worked up some good EQ and measured 5.25" EG. That was my goal and this thing needs to stop growing! I believe I'm at max aesthetics right now. It seems to be getting bigger at an alarming rate!

This is a 1 Inch MSEG improvement over starting stats.

I put on a regular Durex condom, the only others I have in the house are slim fit Kimonos. The condom hurt like hell to put on. It was at max!

Am I going to go from a slim fit to some sort of large condom?

may I ask what's the size of your glans? it looks like 5 Inch Girth is perfect for it. I also have somewhat similar stats to you and was wondering if I should go above 5 Inch Girth. I suspect you have slightly bigger glans than me.

I don't think that I have big glans. They were wider than my shaft to start with which helps the look when adding Girth, but I agree with you that it looks about perfect right now. For a good visual result a nice taper to the glans is very important and I believe hard to do based on how this process works.

Seems to still be growing though, and I have yet to hit the stage where the PMMA should become more palpable and irregularities should start showing up, so I think I'm a little ways off from what it will look like in the end, but very happy so far.

15 days out. Things are looking really good, but perfect it is not. This process is not perfect and has been documented over and over on just about every progress report on this form.

I do feel my result is about as good as I could have expected and I am very happy with it to date.

I will list the imperfections:

1. Slight ring under the glands. It's pretty symmetrical except for underneath my glands on the right side.

This is where I broke up my only clump post procedure, it is a little larger there. I can really feel the PMMA in this spot.

The ring is most noticeable in the retracted state. I possibly pushed the PMMA there myself during aftercare, with a little too much stroking. The area was so swollen it was hard to tell what was under there. Since it is so palpable I'm thinking its 30%, probably my fault but don't really know... be careful during aftercare! There may be a little swelling in this area still...not sure.

Erect the ring is a non issue. It even disappears in the Flaccid if it is just ever so slightly engorged like in my pics

2. I have 3 hard entry points. They are very small. Maybe could have been avoided by squeezing them like instructed. My points closed up right away and I didn't do it. Lucky not to have 6 I guess..

3. I believe I have a little loss of sensitivity around where the clump is. Permanent? I'm not sure, but at the moment I'm actually digging it as I feel I am in complete control of when I want to finish.

4. Urine stream is slighty restricted compared to pre-procedure. Does anyone know if this changes back?

Now for the good

I. Girth measurements are what I was hoping to accomplish in 2 procedures.

2. The shaft is perfect. All imperfections and palpable PMMA (except for 1 entry point) are in the circ area.

3. I really dig how hard and fat it gets when Erect. I also like the way it looks Erect, but has fueled a desire to get more length.

4. Looks really good most all the time except when it is a little retracted.

5. The small ring nicely transitions into the glans. It's almost like having glans that are a little larger.

6. The slight loss in sensitivity gives me the feeling that I can fuck for hours if I want. I will be looking to try it out in another week or so. I believe the 30% outcome is mostly apparent by then.

Questions for the forum members.

1. Does PMMA become any less palpable over time, or is a clump a clump until broken up with a cannula?

2. See #4 under imperfections.



This is my 2 week progress report. I will keep everyone updated.

The implant actually becomes more palpable over time. It takes many months to completely settle. My results from R2 took around 9 months to completely settle.

How long does the collagen phase last with the 30% patients?

thehulk is 6 weeks out and still putting on lots of size.

notsureyet82 found that after week 3 size was pretty locked in.

I really don't want it to get much bigger. My small ring could become huge if collagen formation continues, and possibly all hope for a nice aesthetic along with it.

Any help is appreciated...

This process is quite the roller coaster ride of emotions.

Are there regrets about getting PMMA? Absolutely not... I hated my old Dick... glad to see it go!!!

No matter how many times I read a veteran post that it will take months to sort itself out, you still live this experience day by day, sometimes hour by hour.

My anxiety at the moment has to do with how palpable my PMMA is in the circ area, and the ring it has caused is slowly but surely getting bigger.

I guess my fears are, since I can feel a lot PMMA there, how much collagen growth will follow in the same spot? And will I have a salvageable aesthetic result?

I can look at it and make a case for both sides of the coin.

I just put some Arnica on... that's what the moisture is.

Mine looks similar. I wouldn't worry about it too much, it's not going to be an issue. One of the side effects of being on this forum is that you see a lot of non porn Dick pics, both before and after alterations, and what I've figured out is that they vary widely in appearance, and what you think looks crazy weird is just another penis to a woman. For sweat it, if it looks even close to right Erect, you'll never have to tell anyone if you don't want to and no one will be the wiser. The ladies like it bro.

I have not had the procedure yet, so I can only imagine the thoughts one goes through !! But I have to say , you look fine in the pictures! Unless the pictures are minimizing the problem, you are good to go! I do not know any Dick that is pretty, so go with it!! You are doing great!

I think (as it's currently shown) it looks pretty good, natural even. The collagen will always be palpable to some extent, that comes with the territory. But seeings how penises vary (as DWD points out), your current unit looks very normal for having been artificially enlarged.

I got out the tape and realized that the ring is not physically measuring any larger. It is actually my shaft that is measuring smaller. This is fixable, and at least for today, my mind is somewhat at ease.

I haven't measured Erect in a while, might try that later.
