How does it look when it is hard? I would have a de-gloving be the very last resort !! It seems so invasive ( because it is) . If it works good and there is no other health problems with it, I would not add the possibility of problems from the de-gloving. But I am not you and it is ultimately your decision !! It didn't do anything to increase length or Flaccid hang, in fact, I think that when things healed up I have had MORE retraction problems than before the ligament cutting. The ligament at least kept the part inside my body anchored in one spot, now that the ligament is gone, my penis wants to try to retract inside much more. You would have thought I would have learned to leave my Dick alone after that didn't work. That was a big impetus for me to get the PMMA, to see if it would keep the penis in more of an elongated state due to the adhesion of the PMMA material to the shaft, forming a sheet/layer. Didn't happen as you can see. You issue are almost exactly the same only due to being cut, your skin doesn't roll over the head, making things look worse. It's because your have a low and loose cut, which is in many ways ideal, but not for higher concentrations. The lig cut itself doesn't really help either, as it lowers the angle the penis comes out of the body meaning more loose scrotal skin at the base, making the shaft skin more mobile and thus it bunches up. As I said in my previous post, I think skin tacking is probably the bets approach. If you take a finger and place it on the underside of the penis at the scrotal juncture and and press the skin back a 1/2" or so, does it create a nice improvement? I really think we should warn future people that are considering this procedure that you should probably not think about it if you are uncircumcised or have a loose cut, and I would go also on to say that if you are a Grower rather than a shower, you probably also should not have PMMA done. It seems to function so much better in people's dicks that aren't quite that dynamic and don't change much in size from soft to Erect. However, you have to have 10%. Look at the results of uncut guys who have had 10% and their results are phenomenal. But look at the results for uncut guys who have 30% and the majority are poor. I'm sure he'd be able to do the same you your problems rkcinflorida. I think he'd more likely take an approach from the underside, rather than the pubic area, but the basic idea would be the same. He'd move shaft skin backwards and tack it to the underside, preventing it moving forward and covering the glans. I think he'd also remove some of the lumpy PMMA to smooth out the contour. However, Moneygram declined my payment to them so there is actually no way to send them funds. They do say they accept checks. You'd have to wait for them to clear and hope to get shipment. I prefer dealing with places which are more out in the open, as I just lost $300 to a UK seller who was rated highly on Eroids.com but never shipped me anything...
