I stand/walk all day at work and wear it for approximately 9 hours alternating legs (strap position) half way through the day. I switch over to a chest/shoulder harness and stretch straight up when I get home or lie down for bed. I do not sleep with it on. I think that it is possible to gain 1.5" but I doubt it. I imagine it would take years to attain such gains (at 39, I don't have time on my side). I made the typical "noob gains" of around 3/8" rather quickly and progress has slowed since. I'm still gaining though and have cemented a 7.75"NBPEL and a BPEL of 8". I want to hit a NBPEL of 8" before my next round. If I haven't cemented that goal by mid May, I may just accept where I'm at and head to TJ. If I can attain a true NBPEL of 8", I'll change my handle to M8 aka "mate". haha I like the sound of that.
