Well I do this when Hanging with The BullSnake Vac Hanger lol, but I think it will work with your Esl, first get some scotch tape, the glossy kind so the silicone sleeve with stick to it, I've found the invisible tape to be silky/slipery and the sleeve doesnt have enough friction on it. Also some cohesive wrap, that the tape that sticks to itself but not your skin.
Start by using a 3/4 to 1 Inch piece of the scotch tape and put it across your urethra, the about a 6 Inch piece of the cohesive
wrap and wrap your glans followed by a 6 Inch piece of the scotch tape to bind it all together, you can experiment on how far you wrap down your penis and how much tape etc. I have yet to get a blister and im vac Hanging with 30lbs

When you remove the tape do it slowly, the 3/4 piece over the urethra might sting a little but if you go slow enough its fine

I can't do that using ads, I'd have to redo it every time I had to take a leak.

It was ok for months, I just jacked it up to too much tension.

With my ADS I dont tape, I use a 1/4 thick sleeve that is open on both ends, I put it on below the glans, then roll the stretcher over that, I dont get blisters but my glans do look a little mottled, like when youve been in the bathtub to long and you look at your hands.

what extender do you use?
I tried this penimaster and it sucks , not working at all.

I have the solution to the glans soreness problem I've been having with my vac stretcher: high end lip balm (NOT the cheap chapstick crap). I've been putting on for a couple days, haven't stopped stretching, and my glans is healing up nicely without a break. It looks and feels better than it has in two months. Thanks to whatever guy in whatever posting I looked up who used the word chapped when describing the glans issue he was having, it set me to thinking about what other parts of the body undergo unwanted keratinization and the lips came to mind as the obvious answer. I wonder if applying lip balm to the entire glans on a regular basis might lead to an an overall improvement in sensation of the glans, similar to what guys in the Foreskin reconstruction community are trying to achieve.

Anyway, measured last night and I am 3/16ths from my goal of 7 inches. Round 3 is friday, and then I am done with procedures.

I'm headed towards a much needed career change and will be headed back to school. It's time for me to challenge myself and grow intellectually for the first time in a long time. I'm sure the constant silent sitting at my desk in my current job heavily influenced my level of obsession with PE over the past 2 years. Regardless, life is looking up, and I'm excited for Friday!

How much did you get this time? Why do you think you had a lot more swelling this time than the last two times?

24ccs total, 20 of 30% and 4 of 10%. I took ibuprofen last time, and I also complained about having too much swelling after the first round so they gave me a higher dose of cortisone in round 2. The key to big gains I'm convinced is to not do anything that interferes with the swelling and immune response. It will look crazy for a week but then you will have lots of cartilidge build up. Just my opinion, but it's an educated and experienced opinion.

hmm, so you do not advocate any ibuprofen or anything like that? I kind of thought that it was important to get swelling down to see where/how to manipulate the PMMA. I could be thinking of this completely wrong though. You may be onto something.

I agree with dances. I was reading the ibuprofen stops healing and I think in turn stops the collagen build up. I didn't gain hary anything after round 3 and I used a lot of ibuprofen for fear of what happened after round 1.

You have to embrace the swelling. It's a big part of the process. No swelling is no gains in my experience. I have a total swollen frankenweenie right now and I know what the result was last time that happened - Huge gains. Time will tell though. Till then, no NSAIDs for me!

The transitions at the base are a little more pronounced now then they were, and there's a little dip on the left side, almost like a crease where the scrotum starts.

Still at 7 mseg, but it's obviously a lot of fluid, but honestly not as much as I hoped. At a guess it's going to be at least 6 midshaft, but I could see it being as high as 6.5

Luckily the base isn't larger this time, it's more even throughout. I have never been grateful for my fiance being able to handle a lot of Girth, but right now I definitely am, just on the off chance that it stays as big as I think it might. Please universe, let it be no bigger than 6.5 - my length doesn't support that much Girth.

Again, if I lose all the added size I don't care at this point. Driving through Mexico it hit me all at once that I've become an incredibly self centered pick who thinks about his Dick all the time.
