Also, I'll verify what exactly he sees/feels and/or thinks is happening, and I'll echo it here. @BB -- yes, I doubt there will be a biopsy ... To be clear on my situation... My penis seems to have a weird very soft swelling on the right hand side. I also have generalized swelling all around the penis under the gland and most sensitive at the base, where most of the PMMA was injected. This is causing my 2 symptoms ... Urethral pain and pain around the base of my penis. They express themselves sometimes together, sometimes separately. The swelling basically 'comes and goes' ... also it seems somewhat proportional to how much retraction I'm experiencing ... During pain episodes I'm taking some Ibprofen, Phenazol for urethral pain as well as Ambien to sleep. When I can't seem to escape the discomfort, I jump into my hottub at 99 degrees... That is my stop gap .. that or a hot bath seems to removed the naggy pressure like pain feeling that previously seemed inescapable. Also Caffeine seems to piss off my urethral tract ... so I'm staying away from that. The Kenalog shot seemed to really help after a few days... even though it was a very small dose and in the butt. I'll continue to update the board with symptoms clarifications on Doctor feedback, as well as hopefully helpful notes... with the intent to help anyone else in the future who is dealing with issues like myself. I guess the biggest help anyone could learn from me is to not freak out. Don't read all the boards that say problems like these are irreversible and you screwed yourself up for life. That is simply negative thinking... I had swelling off and on following my first two rounds of PMMA. No pain, and almost always after sex or a lengthy Hanging or stretching routine. I welcomed it because it actually made me bigger which is the goal anyway. After 4-5 months post op round two, the swelling completely stopped. That's when I opted for round three because sub 6" of Girth to me at that point was not cool. I have some hard spots after round three and if I try and massage them too much, they get painful the next day. I do not mess with them now. They will either soften or they won't and Dr C can address them during round four. I have not had any swelling post op round three and not sure why the difference - maybe my junk has adjusted to having a permanent implant in it. Dark staff, if you have an FBG, please keep us informed as your experience will help the guys that have similar problems resolve the issue. Hell, your US doc in Austin might be the go to guy in the future so you are definitely being the pioneer here. I hope that your problem resolves itself on it's own but very thankful that you are up and reporting your experience. Best of luck Brother. I'm also going to try and hook him up with Dr C so he understands exactly how the procedure is performed and anything else that might help him. He is completely new to PMMA however ... I would like to know if Gelman in LA might be best ... I think CHL went to see him and from what I heard he said he was sure he could remove the PMMA ... just not sure what that would entail.
