I usually happens if I hit my Dick in just a unique way or poke it through my shorts, a quick half second pain then gone. Still happens now after three rounds and a total of 14+ months of having PMMA. I've noticed its usually just if I hit the edge of the PMMA implant, like right at my circ scar region where the PMMA drops off. Its hard to recreate the phenomena and never is painful during sex or masturbation.
