About two days away from R3, I'm really trying to think hard about what I'm going to get. I'm wanting another full round, but I've been going back and forth that it might be too much then. I think I'm just annoyed my only time for R3 was so soon after R2, as right now I'm pretty happy with it but I know four months plus I'll want more. Decisions decisions.

I am sure you are getting excited. If you and the doc are comfortable going with another full session, then go for it. If you know that you are going to want more if you just get a touch up now, then go for the full session. After all, it is your Dick and your decision. As long as you are comfortable and knowledgeable on possible outcome, complications, gains, etc., you should be able to make the decision that is right for you. Good luck!

I'm not sure if I will or not. I have the larger sleeve, but it was still a bit hard to use after R2. It was pretty painful to get it on with the post procedure swelling, mostly just at the typical beneath the glands fluid bulge spot. I might use it immediately after the procedure just til I get to my hotel and then switch to the bandage after for the rest of the time as it'll likely be more swollen and more uncomfortable to use then. Plus, I'm not sure how much it aggravates the swelling and I also want to make good use of the new roller they provide and really be on the ball with how its settling as I'm not going anywhere for almost 48 hours this time and I really want a good result because I likely can't make it in for a while.

I'm definitely leaning towards a full round, with special attention at the glands area where I have a bit of a ring and a couple less symmetrical spots below. On that note I'm pretty sure the tightness of my skin 'seam' on the underside is interfering with my PMMA aesthetics. I'm a bit thicker on both sides, and theres a bit of a dip where it is. Its very tight where it meets my turkey neck which is also a bit of a shallow area, so I've been trying to stretch it out but its probably something I should of been trying for longer.

Also, if Magnum XL's are a bit snug now, what am I going to use after this round haha

Bit pissed now, because I didn't confirm my appointment for a third time I got dropped and now have to go in in the morning. This ruins my whole perfect post procedure plan as now my immediate post op day involves obligated family Hanging out time and my day 2 involves international travel and long flights. Pretty peeved.

Just got back from R3. Got 17CCs total, with 15ccs at 30%. This is ten less than my last two rounds which makes me apprehensive but its by far not a low number. He also used a bit of Kenalog at the base, where I had a really odd lone piece of PMMA, which I was really hesitant about but went with his recommendation.

Postponed my family stuff tip later so I get several hours to myself tis afternoon, and I upgraded to economy comfort on my flights tomorrow so that'll help too.

Anyways it looks great right now. Very smooth and symmetrical. I'm going to keep the wrap on a bit longer just to demote swelling. I hope the additional work near the glands is really gonna fix that area. I also said I wanted more at the base because why not, which lead to a really sore base right now. Overall this was the most painful/uncomfortable session I had. The local numbing kept wearing off and they'd have to read minister, my whole penis became very tender and remains so, and the base really aches. We'll see how it changes in the next hours or so, it just seemed to have reacted more traumatically that typical.

Looks massive. Hope the Kenalog shot works for. It reduced a clump I had, but also felt like it was responsible for not making gains. What kind of goals are you looking to achieve?

Also, did Dr.C provide you with the new roller n stretcher?

Yeah that's what was making me scared about the Kenalog, I really wasn't planning on getting it. He wanted to use it on a clump on the shaft and I had him not, but just surround it better. I hope the small amount in the really far vase area won't cause harm or impede gains everywhere else.

Yeah, got the new stretcher. They're charging $20 for it, or not giving a Cialis pill in exchange.I just paid the extra. I'll take a pic later.

Its been pretty interesting so far haha, I've been massaging nicely off and on and attempted to make use of the roller a bit. Wade cautioned to not be over zealous with it early on, and he had nice results using it up to couple weeks.

Anyways, I'm really not that swollen at all. I kept it wrapped for like the first 18 hours or so, getting frequent erections and pushing it around all day on top of my dedicated massage sessions. I forgot my wrap in my check bag foolishly so I'm either gonna free hang it on my 12 hour flight or put on my silicone sleeve. Probably combination. I've yet to try putting the sleeve on yet, but it might be easier than last time as its not swollen nearly at all though being bigger.

I can't help but feel not to excited or impressed this round. Its clearly bigger, but as its not swelling I'm not really getting that immediate (though temporary) feedback of a huge Cock. I havent measured and likrly wont at this beginning stage, ive just been using my grip as a sort of measurement. Right now have like a Inch and a half between my main fingers.
