TOPIC: Testicular Implant Revision

One day post op from testicular implant Revision surgery with Dr Elist. The original placement surgery was 16 months ago. One of my testicles had move out from under the implant. It was lodged above it and laterally at the base of my penis. It felt strange and didn't look right. That implant was removed (just one) and replaced. The replacement was the new ultra soft version. Also I didn't like that both the implants were so much bigger than mine making it difficult to hide my package in pants. Had to wear compression shorts to do so. I though about having them removed altogether.Dr Elist removed some bands of fibrous tissue and some adhesions. Hopefully this will allow them to hang lower in the scrotum. Since I now have one soft and one ultra soft implant it will be interesting to see if there is any difference in the feel of them. Be nice to me and I will let you know.

Seems it would be useful to separate the penis from testicular enhancement info though. I really just wanted to add my experience regarding specific problems and concerns with the actual prosthesis and its suitability for enhancement. I'll try and post my thoughts as I heal. I can live with them being harder. I just hope they will hang lower and not be such a huge bulge.

Sounds to me like Dr Elist is trying to find new victims. Since everyone knows by now how devastating the results from his penile implant surgery are, only a complete idiot would undergo surgery with this doctor at this time. Even he seems to have noticed that he can't sell his silicone dicks any more. So what to do, what to do? Right, sell those Balls! Those silly, fake, silicone Balls. With all due respect, it seems that RogueTrader is not genuine. It sounds very fishy, just like criminal's mind trying to find new victims. So let me say it loud and clear, for everyone to hear: if you want to enhance your penis, or if you want to enlarge your testicles, then STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ELIST. No matter how "depressing" your package is, it will be way more depressing after Dr Elist has finished his evil works.

Your experience with this man has obviously been a good one but I am sure there are countless men who disagree with you.You have been on this and other boards long enough to know that the (implant) horror stories that are posted are not just unfortunate anomalies.. Would a compassionate doctor who " always puts the needs of his patients first" knowingly entice men to take such risks? On top of that, the doctor doesn't inform the patient of them before the surgery. Quite frankly, I believe that this doctor is not only uncompassionate, but a sociopath that should be in jail.Good luck with your healing...

fascinating. As one who tumbles this idea around I value the punch and jab. It is peculiar that I've actually spoke with several phalloboard members, MM among them, and can instantly detect sincerity... whereas some 'other' members post open ended endorsements of procedures with no follow through. I don't portend to be an advocate of any one thing... but this Elist ball gig is now on my 'must know' list. I've seen pics lately that are not entirely enticing. His website pics are spectacular... not unlike a pic of the penile implant I viewed on his website several years ago- clearly a classic 'bait-and-switch' as the photo was removed after only a few weeks. I respect and value the genuine frustration of us members, both veteran and novice.. and inbetween..., that must deal with these ass-pipes. I didn't even really know what a 'schill' was until I entered the world of surgical PE. Shame on them. I am encouraging 'emporer' to respond to this post as a recent recipient of the Elist Testicular implant as a matter of balance. He did post pics and seams satisfied. Sorry you guys are so unhappy. I posted my experience and history extensively on the old MNS site and Thunders Place too for what that's worth. Everything I say will just be used against me so what is the point? Thanks for the good wishes.Rogue

I realize you say this with regards to your "personal experience", but I have seen your name on various 'PE boards for years, so you must be aware of the 'horrific results of some of his surgeries....You must be also aware that these implant disasters are not just anomalies either.
So to say such a sweeping statement is, in my opinion, irresponsible, 'when I believe you can't honestly feel this way...

In fairness, Roguetrader's experience with Dr. Elist could have indeed been a very good one. If Roguetrader were to analyze his relationship with Dr. E as an isolated experience (not taking into account the doctor's reputation elsewhere), it's a plausible sentiment, and he certainly has a right to that opinion.
But the problem with his statement is that it isn't a purely isolated one. He specifically says "puts the welfare of his patients first," as if Roguetrader has knowledge of other stories and experiences with Dr. E. I don't mean to pick apart the sentence and make it a game of technicalities, but if Roguetrader had instead said "put my welfare first," it would have been a far less provocative remark lol.
I hope Roguetrader stays with us and maybe he can explain his remarks. I believe that we are entitled to our opinions, but other members (i.e. Messageman) are also entitled to ask questions. As long as it's all within reason.
Furthermore, once Roguetrader addresses these questions (should he decide to), I ask we all resume the topic at hand. Testicular enhancement is a topic that isn't often reported, and Roguetrader's experiences can be vital to the discussion/information flow.
