It varies, but the observation has been made time and time again: higher volumes + higher concentration = increased chance of irregularities. You also have to keep in mind that some people have unrealistic expectations and don't realize that results do vary. As masterful as some of these bioplasticians are (Be it from Prague, Tijuana, or Rio), the penis can be a trickier part of the body to work on, and some "take" better than others. You could have a patient obtain a modest result, but that individual could be completely disappointed. Then you could have another patient with a less-than-desirable result, but instead they are pleased. The point is, augmenting your penis artificially (much like boob jobs) is going to give it an appearance of alteration. That said, some PMMA work can look more natural than others. I feel like people get excited over Sizemic's results (just an example a more natural end result) then go in thinking they will get the exact same results. Sometimes they don't. Because it's our penises, we can sometimes be perfectionists, finding the end result (which may be decent according to some standards) disappointing. I am personally thrilled with my results, but I know the same can't be said for everyone. Irregularities include nodules, bumps, unevenness, and the infamous gap. Fortunately, many of these irregularities can be corrected, but that only means further time, travel, and costs. This can compound a patient's dissatisfaction. I think individuals are unprepared if they go into a procedure with unrealistic expectations. While I think it's fair to expect quality results from your practitioner, one cannot expect ideal results each and every time. It's like a woman getting mad at her doctor because men can tell she got a boob job...though in the case of the penis, it's even trickier. You are essentially trying to craft a new Girth around your shaft by way of filler injection, as opposed to boob implants that have a predetermined symmetry and size. PMMA is inherently less predictable. Anyone who has not understood these things already should not yet pull the trigger on PE (specifically PMMA). After each subsequent round, they went in and attempted to camouflage it by patching it even more. It has actually helped, and after Round 2, it could easily have been explained away as some pronounced veins from penis pumping (or some other reason). For round 3, we figured it still needed another layer of patching (seems like with every camouflage attempt, the area begins to better transition with the rest of the normal shaft). However, this time we did neck entry (which has now been discontinued, and only used on a as-needed basis) which, with a poor post-op protocol on my part (infrequent massaging), resulted in a few BB sized nodules. Fortunately, with time they have diminished some, but are still there. They will be addressed later this year at Round 4. I suspect that some members would be upset over such aesthetics. I, however, love what I have. It has given me a sense of normalcy, and while I have some aesthetic issues, I'd take them WELL OVER what I started with pre-PMMA. And, I'm glad to know that there is good reason to believe most of my aesthetic issues can be resolved with time & treatment. Now having said all that, I'd avoid high volume + high concentration because any new irregularities will cost me a Round 5, and possibly a Round 6. Girth can be amazing, but we mustn't allow it to make us make a regrettable decision. If you ever thought getting a tattoo was a big decision, well this decision is exponentially more intense...especially since the reversal process (as in getting Girth reduction) is invasive and undesirable! She is very careful and thinks everything above 20cc's is too risky. I've convinced my Urologist to try out an idea I've had for fixing a skin adhesion. If it works it wont require anything more than a local anesthetic and a ten minute procedure with no cut or stiches. In theory it should proved an ideal solution for your dent also. I'm seeing him on the 26th July, so I'll let you know how things go.
