When pumping the inflamed tissue gets all puffy and soft feeling, especially the longer the session. PMMA just feels like a normal penis basically just bigger than what you had before. It gets just as hard, if not harder than you did before. They are not at all the same. Not very many simularities other than appearance somewhat. With the more PMMA you get the more likely you will be able to feel the "material" in there if you know what I mean. I find the thick PMMA material moves with the skin somewhat. But after rd 1 she did say that it felt much better because it was alot harder. I got rid of my pump last week I have no need to pump now. If I stay at my present Girth I dont think I will be going back for rd 3 wishful thinking haha... I am sure I will lose a little in the next few months as I did with rd 1. You have to sit in the tub everytime you use it. They say you can use it in the shower. I tried it and can't get a good suction while standing up. Also you don't get a good stretch using it while your soft. Or dot reccommend for penises on the smallish side like myself. When getting a decent suction it's sucks in my Balls along with it which hurts like hell. I've had mine for 3 years and it sits in the back of my closet. Don't waste your money. I'm looking for a pump at the moment that I can get a good suction from with no water required. I like the idea of using warm water in conjunction with a pump, and my Girth is now of normal size, so maybe I wont have issues with suction. I've read a few other reviews on other PE sites, with mostly positive things to say, although no one has really claimed (or proven) permanent gains... so this will be something to kick start whatever PE I may get into this year, rather than being the primary focus. again, thanks for the advice.
