I would detail my process to gain size. I knew i was smaller then normal FG3.2 EG 4.0 EL 6.3.. So I found this site. As I read the posts and different processes that were talked about here and Soma's photos and his help I went to Dr Rosenthal in Ca. Cleo his secretary was outstanding and sent me all the forms to fill out.I also looked at Dr R's website and the before and after photos made me feel i had hope to gain...My wife and I met with Dr.R and he took measurements and assured me it was a very easy process.. they also took blood the same time. The next day we both went into the office i met the nurses .. I woke with very little discomfort and just hung out in recovery with nurses checking on me.. I got up got dressed and took a cab back to the hotel..We returned the next day to have a check up and all was well. The day before we flew back home he removed the tube which was no big deal. By the way I had Belladerm plus lengthening... As time passed in weeks I noticed that my El was shorter and I knew why they mentioned the stretching.. I started to hang one lb two to three times a day.. Being an college athlete I felt the need to increase the weight and did in the following weeks.. I was at 8 lbs two times 12 min a day, and felt that my length was back at least to 6. Contraction is always there even with lengthening.. in four days of stretching my FL is much better and Eg is not as tapered... I have not measured as the wife states she loves the " stretching" with out pain... Yes we all wish to be larger and some guys have progressed much more in eg then i am but my size is just fine....
