I was on my phone and that really wasnt working so lets see how this works out. If you look closely you may be able to see the pump located in the bottom of my scrotum. These are my starting Flaccid pics. I really dont have any idea how to measure according to the professionals but I figured just throw a tape on there and judge as long as I am consistent.
