Really tragic and unfair situations on here. WTF is the point of this surgery when you have a chance of ending up with an Inch less, a thousands of dollars less....btw, Girth is only good if it is proportional. a lot of his after pics look like fat turtles with a tiny little head. no girl would like that. Aesthetics to some extent is in the eye of the beholder. Granted, there are examples that can be deemed universally "unnatural looking" or "butchered," but the large majority of natural penises (before any work is done) varies aesthetically anyways. What should also be noted is that glans enhancement is a riskier endeavor that seldom yields long lasting & satisfying results. For this reason, anyone considering Girth enlargement of any sort (implant, fat, PMMA, etc), should know that at some point there may be come a growing disproportion between shaft & glans. Best solution for this is to take a conservative approach and attain a size large enough, but not so large that it dwarfs the glans. Then again, some like myself, don't mind a little more, even at the expense of dwarfing. I want easily 8-8.5 Girth but every successive round now gives much less growth. I think I have 2-3 more rounds of PMMA left in me.
