Olafspo thanks for all the information and pictures keep then coming. Found it reasuring that the Dr is not just in it for the money since she asked you to reconsider, given your already a very decent size. Also got to agree with Mustang excellent news, that Dr Nemckova shows you the PMMA to be used and its exp date, concentration and so on. This to my mind also reflects very favourably on Dr Nemckova.
