Big John which PMMA did you get, was it Metracil or Linnea Safe? I am planning on getting the procedure done next February. Thanks!

Procedure #3 is now behind me. Again, Dr C and Wade were the consummate professionals and the border crossing back was the easiest to date - less than an hour from the office to my hotel. 20cc's of 30% Metacril and 4 cc's of 10% Metacril. That's a total of 68 cc's to date. Needless to say, I'm HUGE!!!!!! It looks great but will require some diligent care over the next few days to make sure I have a great outcome. Will get some pics up this week - no tape with me on this trip - I packed light.

You still are a real inspiration to me Big John. I just took the time to re-read your entire post which is quite a journey. I never saw or I overlooked the answer to a question I have. What do you feel you've gained in length Since your lig cut? I am set to get mine done Jan 10th by Dr Camacho. Will then stretch and hang til May or June then get rnd 4 PMMA. If I break from Hanging for a few days I'm a solid 5 1/2" MSEG but during the days I hang it drops to ~5 3/8. I think it's just the compression of the Hanger. Regardless I have peaked for a long time lengthwise and have hopes the lig cut will help. I have gained about an Inch so far through manual PE like you. God I'd love a 7" + BPEL tool like you've worked so very hard to get. Gonna tell Dr Casavantes he needs to not mess round and get me to 6" MSEG after all is settled for rnd 4 lol. All that said I will continue to watch your progress carefully. You seem to ask the right questions and keep good records. I know we all appreciate that greatly.

The morning after. Woke up in the middle of the night after two hours of sleep and unwrapped, massaged, etc, rewrapped, and then back to sleep for three hours. Unwrapped this morning, massaged as best I could - it's pretty swollen, took a shower, and getting ready to eat breakfast and jump on a flight home - wrapped. My junk looks like it got ran over by train - more bruising than I've ever had but Dr C used 3 midshaft entry points to get the product up near the glans and produce a better taper. It looks great - just swollen and black and blue. No tape but my mid Erect Girth this morning was well over 7"! Bruising normally takes 7-8 days for me so next Wednesday I should look normal again - albeit bigger. Quite the journey to get here but really happy to have made it to this point. I was talking with Wade yesterday and told him that once you get post op big and adjust to that and then lose some over the next six months, you don't feel big anymore. He told me yesterday prior to the surgery that I was bigger than most already and you couldnt tell that I had had work done. hmmmm He recommended I go to a public shower at a gym. So now I'm getting used to looking at 7"+ Erect Girth and this will go down to 6.5 or even 6.25 over time. Does that mean round four? Don't know - that is the internal peace part of this journey as well. Messageman and other veterans can probably strongly relate to that and I welcome their comments.

PMMAATW, brother I think I had .5" locked in pre lig cut, more when I was Hanging regularly, but not cemented. Post lig cut I gained another .5 to .75 and the biggest difference was the surgery cemented my gains. You still have to do the work but with the ligs cut it is easier for your junk to get a more permanant gain. Make sense? Good luck to you bro.

For all, another discussion with Wade was how many procedures to do. The issue, and this is important, is Dr C's ability to get a cannula (sp?) through the existing implant. After 4 or 5 procedures, depending on how much product you've received, the implant makes it very hard to push a cannula through so that is likely the limiting factor for future ops. With that in mind, it may be wiser to get more product in fewer sessions if you have a big Girth goal in mind- my thoughts only.

Thanks for your report Big J! R3 (providing it resolves my aesthetic concerns) will certainly be my last round. Let's face it... how many men have a Girth in excess of 6"? I'm at 6.375"MSEG now at 8 months, 28 days post R2. I'm positive that I will gain at least 1/2" MS from R3 putting me at 6.875" MSEG permanently. That is F'ing H-U-G-E! Thanks M7. Gotta run to the airport and get home. You are already huge and you're about to be massive. It was 9 months and change since round 2 for me. They put a lot of product in me and fingers crossed for a .75" gain with this one but even with .5" I'll still be solidly over 6. Thats a long way from my humble beginnings. Keep us posted Brother.

Here are some pics at 2 days post op. Believe it or not, swelling and brusing are already way down which is great. I measured at 7.5" MSEG yesterday but the swelling was unreal. Very happy with results. Probably too early to tell but I can't find any hard spots, etc but maybe that's due to swelling. I massage this thing all of the time and will keep doing so for the next 4-5 days. Tried to put on my X4 extender this morning and it ain't even close to fitting! lol

Wow BJ I can't wait until I get PMMA!! Just need to get length first. I'm just nervous my glans will be dwarfed. It's the same width as my shaft.

I second that!you are a monster big john!haha.My glans are also quite small,I have been trying to get length new1inch by Hanging/stretching for about 5 months religiously, no real results so far.So i'm going to go for the PMMA anyway, and then other guys seem to be able to hang down the track and get length gains with the PMMA in there.

Both swelling and bruising down quite a bit. I slept unwrapped last night and all is well. My X4 still won't fit or I'd have it on right now. Did not lose any length yet with this procedure - still at 7" non bone pressed. Flaccid length is longer but I'm sure it will retract over time. Measured it at 6" Flaccid length this morning. All in all recovery is close to perfect at this point.
