3 weeks post op. Things are healing nicely. A few annoying lumps remain but I will continue to massage those and believe they will not be a long lasting issue.

I think it looks good, you just need a bit at the base to make it transition smoothly...are u going for another round?

Nice progress. I notice you have that same 'shelf' that M7 appears to have as well. It's about a 1/3 up from base- what appears to be a sudden reduction of Girth. Is it noticable or just exaggerated in the photo? Did you request this (a big base?)? Seems this 'look' is common for those requesting a big base. I don't believe I have that effect, but have developed a small 'ledge' or ring in the circ scar/glans area as it transises to the glans. More noticeable than after round one, which was non-exististent. I personally attribute this to all basal injections, whereas my body/unit actually responded quite well to the glans injections first round. After things settle, I may request injection just in this area to improve that aesthetic- although I know that's one of the harder areas to maintain material. I'm just past 3 weeks yesterday and things are holding pretty steady. Much less attrition thus far versus 10:% first round. Happy Healing!

Dude you are massive. I'm not near that size. I plan on calling it quits when I solidify 6.25"MSEG. You must have some super elastic skin or something. Your transition at the neck looks great. Congratulations my brother!

"shelf" has completely dissipated. I believe in my case that it was super swollen due to the volume received and number of entry points at the base. It appears to be the same width as the shaft now. I've also lost quite a bit since even yesterday. Not worried as I'm still 1/2" bigger than before R2.

Thanks 7x6. I'm certain to lose some in the coming months but I really like it at the moment. I will do a third round - cc's and % dependant on where I'm sitting Girth wise in November. Rondo - I think my shelf is a product of swelling as well and should go to a more normal taper in the next month or so. Regardless, a third and even fourth round if necessary should improve the overall look.

@BJ - Incredible Girth-retention in 3rd week, looks great!

@Rondo - I had both injections at base and below glans in R1, like you did, and still developed a hard ridge before the circ scar, so I am not so sure the only factor there is innjection-site. In fact, on one side I developed a ridge, and onther side I developed a bulb-like accumulation of material, which I had thought looked worrying in the Flaccid state due to appearance, but now I like the bulb-like structure because it adds Girth and seems to naturally transition to the glans -- more naturally than a ridge, anyway. I will consider asking the Dr. to try to add a 'bulb' on the side where the ridge is, so that symmetry masks better evidence of procedure. My point may be more clear when I post photos at 6-weeks.

Has anyone seen any recent pics of Big Fred? Just wondering how his long term PMMA size is holding up? I measured today and took pics. Can't find my camera computer cable so might be awhile until I can upload. I'm still abovve 6" Mid and 6.5" base. Very happy at the moment but pretty sure that this size is temporary. Sex is unreal and I will never be happy with less than 6" midshaft - wonder how many cc's that will take endstate to achieve that? I'll have Dr C on speed dial before this all over. lol

@ Big John, How is shaft-glans transition responding to injection below the glans?

Zayne, I got base injections only - three locations. Dr C still managed to get some PMMA right beneath the glans and the transition looks much better this time - even with a 6.25" mid shaft. I think I could go as big as 6.75" mid and it would still look good. Come on round 3! I'll get some current pics up soon.

Lost a little mid shaft in the last week. Currently measuring in at 6.125". Hopefully this isnt the start of the next 4 month downsizing.
