Regarding bumps etc. They are visually noticeable Flaccid, tho when Erect they are only detectable by actually feeling for them. Its really not an issue for me, I was aware this could be the case using 20% and I dont plan on rectifying these bumps until after rd 2 which I will get another 20% for shear Girth hoping for 6" at the base and 5.5" midshaft. If anything my wife loves the feel of it... the ribbed effect! its not as if I am walking around in public with my Dick Hanging out and people pointing and and yelling hey hes got a big bump on his little Dick... who cares... I really dont give a flying fuck about a few bumps lumps... well thats my thoughts lol.

After rd 1 do have some unevenness, This is to be expected... I was aware of this well before I decided on PMMA. If this would be disastrous to you, you are wasting your time if you are thinking of getting PMMA... I wont post a pic until the final result... I am almost at the three month mark now. I am very happy with the my gains and my wife is too... I have gained a full Inch at the base tapering down to a quarter of an Inch below the glans. I do wish i never asked for the cone shape tho.

Solid gains, Paso. Congrats. I can understand why you wish you never asked for the cone shape..for my length (5") cone shaped is not an option. I would be wasting my money and time if I asked Dr. C., or whoever it's going to be, to do a cone shape...very little of it would actually increase significantly in Girth, which significant Girth is why I'm going for PMMA.
Anyway, I'm rambling. Congrats man.

Well thats a pity, it seems like that mostly the people who are posting every step of their developement are the ones with "minor" or no aesthetic issues.

You could help people in weighting the decision (at least when it comes to the optic). Since i have not seen pics of your uneveness i cant weigh if i could accept a outcome for me like this or not.

so far the ones that come to my mind atm are ndbig1 and some other guy whos thread disappeared.
even tho ndbig1 arent that bad.

I agree cone shape not a good idea... Something I only realized after rd 1. Still very happy. Starting to organize rd 2 I am planning on getting a dual procedure, also getting my biceps done 40cc in each arm. If all goes to plan early April.

I asked Dr C about his guns and his workout routine. He said he did work out but that they were more a product of 40cc's of plastic. They looked good man! I didn't ask him what the cost was but maybe something else to do further down the road. Again, he said this was a procedure you should stage. He also did his pecs.

Shit can't remember weather wade said 20 or 30%..... For both arms he would use a total of 80cc @ $1600. He said compared to the Girth procedure it's very very simple. This quote was oct 2011 so the price may have changed. In a way I think I'm cheating... Lol. I do workout all the time and can almost bench press twice my body weight, the only body part I have troube defining is my bicep. I just can't seem to get that peak....

I hear you. I would like to see how Dr C's looked prior to his surgery. He has some big guns now brother! I'm going to square away my junk first. Bi's and Pecs later to match if all goes well. lol

I seen a guy behind Christians desk he was really short almost or maybe even a dwarf but mega muscly. Not sure maybe he works there?
