Very informative. I'm strongly considering having the PMMA procedure done because so many of the visual results are great. My one question/concern is how the penis feels after the procedure is done and the tissue has healed? Would anyone touching the penis in the flacid or Erect state be able to tell that something foreign is under the skin? One of the main complaints with Dr. Elist's implant was always the ridges that could be felt and sometimes seen and that's my biggest fear. I occasionally have different sexual partners and I wouldn't want anyone to suspect that my penis had been surgically enhanced. I'm 6" EL by 5" Erect circumference, more of a Grower, around 3.5" Flaccid length and maybe 3.5" Flaccid Girth with smaller glans unfortunately. Thanks for any information guys. When pinching at the shaft skin, it is noticeably thicker, as if there was a kind of "band" underneath, though nothing that would be unusual to a partner. In the Erect state, it is firm just like a normal penis, but there are areas that may be palpable more so than others. For me, just before the glans there is unevenness which if inspected by the fingers enough could detect some degree of foreign material. This would require an effort on the part of the partner to detect such anomaly. I should note that the area just before my glans hasn't been taking the PMMA well and has lead to this unevenness. After discussions with Wade, they said they can approach this area through "the neck" of my penis (presumably the Circumcision line) with a smaller cannula and smooth the areas out so that there is a more tapered transition and less bumpiness. As for now I'm not terribly concerned since I have at least 1-2 more rounds planned before retiring my PMMA endeavors. Overall I'd say its pretty natural, especially the majority of my shaft. Thats all good to know. I like the idea of building up the product over successive sessions to fine tune things and tailor it to individual aesthetic goals. That area just proximal to the glans seems to be a problematic area for penile enhancement in general no doubt because of the change in size and shape between Flaccid and Erect states. I'll be anxious to hear how you feel about your results after your next touch up. I've read the PMMA solidifies after 48 hours. When does the ring usually occur? If one kept wrapping the penis for a longer period of time, would that be enough to prevent the ring or other major deformities from occuring? Or is that just a consequence of the later collagen growth and cannot be prevented?
