Many report that the PMMA feels natural, but I myself have not had the procedure. I understand and can empathize with your insecurity. Don't be ashamed though! I believe your goals are easily attainable through PMMA. A minimum of 6 weeks is needed between sessions. I believe there was a fellow PB's brother who had the procedure done that was uncircumcised. Circumcision makes the procedure easier and I'm sure Dr. Casavantes has performed more procedures on Circumcised men and therefore has more experience in dealing with a Circumcised penis.
