Current Girth is due to PMMA not implant scar tissue. Many guys had PMMA without the dangerous elist silicone implant and still had great Girth results without elist complications, pain, infections, loss of over $13k and permanent deformity!. If I had to do it all over again and with what I know now, I would DO NOTHING, but if you want to do something; then I'd do HA and see how it goes then may be PMMA if need be... Didn't you seek PE because of dissatisfaction or unfulfillment? The new experiences you've had, new reaction to your package, etc seems to indicate you've achieved a higher level of satisfaction with women staring, grabbing, groping, and craving you. Sure, I like the feedback from women today; its just an ego boost I guess. LOL. I had a good natural Dick before and I didn't know it. Of course after I made the mistake with the elist defunct silicone implant, I had to do something to correct my unit after implant Removal. I have Pyronie's disease and EQ issues due to the elist implant. Overall, I am very lucky to have escaped further damage that other elist victims have had and are still having. "It's not the size of the tool, but how well the carpenter uses it," is the line I always use. But sex is performance, so maybe it's better equated to food. It's not the size of the utensils the chef uses, it's how well he prepares the meal. Basically you want to serve the tastiest dishes, to keep them coming back, and craving you. More than 20 years later, I am still learning about women, that's how complicated/messed up some of them are. Men on the other hand have their messed up views. Look at this board (with respect to all). Of course I read/learn from all the comments here and they are wonderful and plentiful. Western values, women's lib (not all of it ,most of it), and my own insecurities bred in the "size" issues in me. Today, I am certain I can have a great time, intellectually, emotionally and sexually with any woman I choose...with my enhanced Dick OR WITHOUT! As I said before, sure I like my "Ego" boost when I hear the good comments...But these comments/ego boost are NOT worth the agony, money, pain, ups and downs of what "I" had to go through. I have grown up a little bit since then and I think I would be just great without "any" Dick enhancements. One chooses the company one is with, said company will reflect upon one's self esteem and successes and satisfactions in life! Having said that, every one will have to choose their own path... I understand that everyone is different and it maybe hard to determine if any was due to other treatments. if I choose to go with PMMA for what I feel is need Girth My personal measurements are 5.5" EL and 4.5" Girth I personally want thicker, my long run goal would be between 5.5" to 6" in Girth. I'm just not wanting to have the butchers story to tell. I'm sure everyone that reads your story will start to do some more research. (Hopefully) I have been reviewing blogs about PMMA more so then anything else and I'm strongly considering this approach.
