There his erectile tissue (if I get your point). I also have scar tissue remaining from my implant (capsule) and have had two treatments of PMMA. So with the dermal graft in the 90's, my implant scar tissue and two treatments of PMMA I have increased my Girth by 2.5 inches, bringing me to 7.5 inches (base). It is very firm while Erect.
