You guys are funny. I think that you're right EP in your interpretation. By the way this PMMA is really wild. We just had a first for both of us. I never before was with a woman who squirted and it was her first time. Really crazy what PMMA can do and it's not just Girth, I think it has something to do with the texture of the collagen buildup on the outer surface which also makes it firmer even when you aren't totally hard. Wild wild wild!

It's amazing what the PMMA has done so far. What is your current BPEL and NBPEL, if you don't mind me asking?

BPEL: 5.5" NBPEL: 5" Girth at tip: 5" Girth at base: 6.25" Wade and Dr C gave it a nice gradual taper. I find that the variation in Girth along the shaft enables one to add some pimento beyond simple directional reversals and shifts in rhythm. It adds the possibility of varying speed of widening and also ever so slightly the width itself depending on the depth of each thrust. So it does add an extra repertoire to one's penile symphony. lol HC

In addendum I don't find that shorter length is penilizing (forgive the pun), although I have noticed that one woman reacted to it being short.Yet she is the one who said that were she a man she'd probably have exactly the same unit as mine. LOL As if we had any say in the matter!
The main reason I am going to pursue the objective of length now is because I would like more Girth, and with my diminutive stretch greater Girth would not look good at all: I do NOT want the beer can stigma which I am certain she would never have said she'd want for herself were she a man! So it is on to gain length, hopefully an Inch over six months after a lig cut and active stretching. Then I'll go back for a second series of PMMA injections, this time requesting 20%! Viva El Girtho!

I'm pursuing the same direction. I'm in dire need of some length to avoid the beer can Girth. However, I probably wont seek length gains surgically because 1) The procedure hasn't been consistent enough for me personally, and 2) I'm not sure I can afford tossing another procedure on top of what I'm already pursuing.
In my early stages of manual PE, will see where this goes

Hi HunkChunk, I was thinking about whether you had considered liposuction of your fatpad to increase your NBPEL and then to allow Dr. C. to inject more at the base of your unit. I myself am going in for that procedure in March-ish, and my goal is to have as much NBPEL as possible so that Dr. C. can pack as much of the PMMA in.
I suggest this because you have indicated your main concern right now is length.

I agree that the beer can effect is to be avoided, either by not pursuing too many PMMA session when of average or better length, or by avoiding too much concentration of PMMA when of shorter length, such as in our case. I am happy that Dr C and Wade worked their magic so well in my case - I gave them carte blanche, meaning that they were asked to do what they thought best. So I don't need a second follow-up session at this time, fortunately as finances aren't keeping up with my extravagent PE spending...
I am currently at what I would call the "LIMIT" in terms of Girth, with a fairly thick base and a nice taper to the glans, which is smallish. I couldn't do another session with Dr C unless I first gained more length. This is already true with respect to Erect proportions, my Flaccid Girth is a bit too thick for a natural result!
For this reason my next priority is to seek lengthening through scrotal incision, maybe in Kalingrad where the webbing reduction and pelvic lipposuction are cheap and done at the same time. That way at least my Flaccid will seem more plausible as being normal as it really looks like a pig in the blanket when Turtling, even if my tutling is nowhere near as short as before. If I also gain in Erect length, then I might seek a very conservative low dosage second PMMA treatment.
I also wonder if possibly a glans enhancement, once these become feasible, might not reduce the perceived exagerate Girth those of us seem to have with a short shaft? If so then that would be an additional advantage, first that it would need less sharp a taper and secondly that it would make one look uniformly thick and not short and stubby?

I will take advantage of your question to update everyone here on the follow-up of my PMMA procedure done last summer. I can attest that with the quite low dosages given to me by Dr C and Wade, I had a delayed reaction with the main thickening due to PMMA induced collagen build-up happening at week 5 or so, and a good bit later, with a second collagen build-up happening between week 10 and 12. This is a good bit later than most others have posted, and it could mean that those receiving lesser concentrations of PMMA should wait longer than the advised 6-week time period before getting a follow-up series of injections? I would wait 3 months, because although after 6 weeks I looked forward to one day getting a second series for more enhancement, after 12 weeks I determined that I was as thick as I wanted to be at my current length, with my proportions pretty much maxed out by the first series!
I am therefore a happy PMMA camper.

I waited three months between rd 2 and three and it gave me a better indication. do you mind recapping your starting stats how many cc's and your final gains please would be good to know! and again congratulations!!

That's awesome HC! I've missed you buddy. I'm doing some experimenting and will make you aware of my findings via PM. I'm also producing collagen like mad. I'm at day 11 post operative and sitting on a .9" gain. It's almost scary. Aesthetics are awesome less a much needed touch up at the base on the left side. It is unnoticeable to the wife however. I've got some private things I'd like to share with you. I've just been buried at work and home.

It's both true and a bummer that us guys with the shorter shafts have greater limitations in our pursuit for Girth. I personally have come up with a filling approach that may offset some of the glans dwarfing that I'm going to present to Dr. C (PM me if you are interested in learning more about it). But even then, there is only so much I can obtain with my current length & glans size.
Rooting for you to reach your desired goals in the safest ways possible! Also I shot you a PM a month ago, did you ever receive that?

The micro cannula makes a big difference in Dr. C's ability to contour towards the glans. I think you're going to be quite happy S.O.! Plus... you've got my mad juju in your favor!
