I have only had 3 rounds thus far. 20/10/10 I believe. Haha what looks different about my look?
As for Flaccid it is always 6"+ long and only 0.25" less in Girth than my Erect. That hasn't changed with PMMA. Since I never really retracted much before, I haven't noticed much of a difference in Flaccid, other than its thicker. I do not get the pig in the blanket look. It is definitely more firm than before, but it has softened some with time. If you really feel for it you can tell there is product there, but then again, I know there is product there. A girl would never know there is something there.
They were all base injected. No complications other than minor aesthetic issues. I have a slight lump in the base on the right side, but nothing worth worrying about.

Got it, sorry, I thought you already had a 4 th round. You're considering it? Have you resumed pumping or stretching at all? I still am shy about the pump since your comments. I wasn't planning to use it prior to 12 weeks or longer. It's interesting that your Flaccid is about 80%-90% (or so ) of your Erect length and Girth?!? Wow! Do you attribute that to PMMA, or did you have another procedure (lig cut) or stretching routine. I would say the average person walks around with 60% at best. Hell, that's the way it should be (90%)- you don't see women walking around with partially deflated boobs! Good luck on your decision for round 4- it doesn't appear you need it, but this isn't really about 'need' now is it.. Happy New Year!

Yeah the Flaccid was a result of 5+ years of fairly intense manual PE, no lig cut. Hanging, all day stretching, Clamping, pumping, jelqs, stretching you name it I've tried it... and really pushed the boundaries of safety.

Before manual PE my Flaccid was about 4" x 4" and my Erect was around 6" to 6.25" Non-bone pressed x 4.5". So my Flaccid still only shrunk roughly 2" from my Erect state and my Girth was originally only 0.5" smaller Flaccid to Erect.

After manual PE my Flaccid was 6"+ x 4.25" Girth (non bone pressed Flaccid measurement. Erect I was around 7.25" to 7.5" (non bone pressed) x 4.5" thick.

So in 5+ years of intense manual PE I gained roughly 2" Flaccid length, 0.25" Flaccid Girth, 1"+ Erect length and no Erect Girth. I feel like I really did something to the elasticity of my penis or something.

Post 3 rounds of PMMA my Girth now stands at 5.75" (Mid-shaft) which is a gain of 1.25". My Flaccid Girth is normally 5.5"+

I am still considering a 4th round, but haven't set anything in stone or anything. Its more of a thought then a plan right now.

If you are sure things have good and healed then go for it. Personally I pump maybe once or twice a month now... Its pretty neat seeing my unit reach 6.5"+ Girth when I do it. Its kind of a tease though, because when you pump it you want it to stay that big.

Actually @Rondo, I pumped the day I posted that last post, my Girth dropped 1/8th of an Inch since and has yet to return back to normal... Its been a few days. I really don't like this side effect. I'm sure it will bounce back up though

Hmm you may be on to something. Maybe it takes a few days to "fluff" back up and recover?

Ok the effect you get the days following a good pump session (half hour plus duration) after the initial pump gains have subsided is virtually the same in feel and appearance as if you were to do a really hard sweaty workout for say an hour, losing a lot of hydration and fluid. Then say you try to masturbate right after your workout. Most would find their penis is less girthy and thinner feeling then say if they were fully hydrated / not exhausted elsewhere in the body. That's the best analogy I can think of... Only the penis stays in this state for several days. Which is not ideal.

Well over a week later, size has returned back to normal. I doubt I will pump much anymore, I strongly dislike the side-effects / recovery time.

Sizemic- I had a similiar response to my recent attempt at pumping. I only did about 10 minutes. My unit did not respond as it used to. I can't entirely explain it either, but it took about 5-6 days to return to 'normal'. It became rigid and... 'tight'- like after taking a bunch of ephedrine for allergies (not that i'm in the habit.. I actually hate that side effect and don't use it anymore as a result. I always used to call it 'shrivel crank'). Not cool. Scared the crap out of me as my Flaccid was down to 4.5 msg for a day. It's bounced back now, but I'm concerned for the 'future' as I had always used that method as a form of maintenance. Perhaps a thread should be started (again- not much discussion last time I posted it) for those who did pump prior to PMMA.

Hmm interesting observations Rondo. Has everything returned to normal now? If occasional pumping has side effects like this. I wonder what would happen if you pumped consistently. I doubt it would be good for a penis with PMMA.

LOL...yeah JBM... mo' PMMA! SM- Everything has returned to the new normal. I will admit that I miss that feeling that pumping gives ... which (JBM) you may all find interesting to know is quite different than the feeling that PMMA provides- perhaps you can back me up on that sizemic. I have admitted to being a 'pumper' and have a pic on my thread of post (several hours) pumped Flaccid, which is quite different than a Flaccid PMMA. likely due to glans condition. Again, I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about SM. I am seeking that same feeling through PMMA and and a little anxious about the possibility of duplicating that feeling. My hope is that after 6 months of letting my 'final' round settle and all is done and over... I can pump for 'fun' again. I'm guessing there are very few porn stars that don't pump prior to there performances to give that 'full' look and feel. I can tell anyone that gives essentially the same result as the immediate post procedure (PMMA) swelling effect of fullness. I appreciate your feedback regarding this subject (SM) as it appears you likely have/ had the same opinion and use of pumping. BTW- my GF told me she likes the PMMA better as it is firmer. She admitted she knew when I pumped (I never did it in front of her, but didn't conceal the fact that I did it) and could tell it was fuller... but softer. She actually told me that the glans was noticeabley much bigger (feeling), but the shaft was less firm. Wierd. I'm now thinking a 'glans pump' is on my shopping list.... kudos

I would likely buy a glans pump if it wasnt for the scar I have on my glans I got it from aggressive pumping (water blister which scabbed, then broke open during sex ) I find when I pump it agrivates the scar.

I agree that a pumped penis does indeed feel very different then a PMMA penis. I even find that a PMMA penis when pumped feels different then a non-PMMA penis when pumped. The product definitely effects the pumping result.

I still don't like the recovery issues and I am many months out from my last round... 5 ish? lol.

I do want to do another round. There are a few things holding me back right now though.
