 I previously wrote about my length gains since getting HA and using an extender sleeve to pull with various exercises.

But I think the potential influence of prior HA warrants a post on its own.

I strongly suspect that these gains are influenced if not outright necessitated by prior HA injections.

The reason for this is that as I gain length I can feel the HA distribute itself down the fascia towards the base of the perineum....It continually moves.

I believe as the penis is pulled out of the body the HA moves into the void and prevents retraction.

Over time, the extended state of the penis being outside the body may permit new collogen to be deposited and keep the tissue in that position.

However, it is possible that as HA dissolves it might go back.

Even if this is true this could be a big deal, because if gains can be achieved with HA they could be made permanent with the injection of permanent fillers in the base of the penis.

All of this without surgery.

My results have been very rapid by PE standards considering Jelquing gave me nothing in 6 months.

I gained 2.5 CM BPEL and 3.5 CM BPSL in about 4 months now with long breaks of 1-3 weeks, with no loss of results.
