I believe people who get fillers continue to stretch and pump afterwards (when it is safe to do so). I know some people have reported gains but it really depends on their routine and the fact that everyone is different. Before I got PMMA, I did a year (or more) of stretch and pump routines. I did not gain length but I gained Girth (0.4 inches). I am thinking of buying the penis extender pro with the vibration attachment. I hope that after 3 months of constant routine, I would gain something (but also know to not get my hopes up). I would think that if you gain any length it would be from the base, which might need filler added to even it out. But I would talk to a professional to hear their thoughts on it. Traction devices are proven to increase length. Time varies by person but it would be 1,000 hours for 1 inch. Don't wear it to sleep, and I would only do 20-25 minutes at a time 8-11lbs of resistance. Take a few minutes in between sets to avoid blisters. Although work your way up to that.
