 Hi everyone! Thanks for your contributions here, i love having access to this community where people are supporting each other. I am planning on heading to AD in a few months, for my first round of Linnea PMMA and I want to get out ahead of gathering everything that I will need post procedure.

Regarding stretching/extending devices, what I've seen most recommended on this thread is the Zen Hanger, Penimaster pro belt system, and the Still On System. It seems like there is some debate as to whether the penimaster pro is recommended post procedure - some have said that it may attach too low below the glans, while many others use it as a main part of their after care routine. From what I can see online, it seems like it hugs right below the glans, but I would love some hear from someone who has used it post procedure. Same story for the Still On stretcher, I'm curious if it is a good solution post procedure. What is your opinion on this?

It seems like the zen Hanger is a great option as well, but I'm a bit confused as to how to use the device effectively. Would I purchase the full system with the weights to attach to the noose? Or are people tying a string to the noose and attatching that to their body somehow?

Sorry for the rookie questions, I've never done any sort of PE in the past. Thanks for your help and guidance!!
