I would wager most of these sorts of things, exercises, etc, more than anything restore vascular function that's been lost, effectively taking you to your genetic max. Lot of dudes out there sitting on >1" missing length and >0.5" missing Girth. But rehabilitating someone to 100% of their genetic maximum is not growth. At 20 my Dick was bigger. I was also a college athlete, probably had natural quadruple digit testosterone. I think it's very probably most devices and exercises have that size as their potential peak. And a lot of dudes NEVER reached their genetic peak whether it was a hormonal imbalance during puberty, or cardiovascular impairment due to poor health, whatever. But growing significant amounts of new tissue - not just skin, not just extending ligaments, actually expanding the cavernous bodies, and doing ALL of this in sync...it's just plain not easy to do. That's not to say i doubt guys are getting gains from exercises and devices, but I personally do not see, from a dummy's understanding of human physiology, these as being anything other than things to help you restore your body to 100% of your genetic max. I've never measured my Dick so much in my life as I did in the days following PMMA. If I didn't believe the above before, I definitely do after - seeing a good >1/2" length variance and 1/3" (or more) Girth variance just based on whether or not I'd slammed a bunch of pharmaceutical boner rocket fuel, it would be hard to convince me of actual significant "gains" from devices and exercises. I had to slam boner rocket fuel just to make my measurements consistent enough to have scientific merit. I hope I'm wrong and yall all find the dicks of your dreams, but this is yet another case of a device whose entire record of "gains" seemingly comes entirely from restoration of EQ, with many dudes thinking they've gained not realizing they've simply restored EQ they'd either lost or never realized. There is value in that alone, restoring EQ is awesome. But it's not Dick steroids. Most bodybuilders will tell you "gear" is for going past your natural genetic plateau, but not to bother until you hit it. I believe the same is true of exercises and pumps and devices and everything else - they might take you to your genetic max, which is NOT a small thing on its own, but the price I'd pay to achieve my genetic max is much lower than the price I'd pay to exceed it. When I saw this blew up on Reddit in the Spring I wanted to try it. They actually are going to have a version you can buy for about $250 that has everything built in. I bought the older version that required you buy a separate power supply for the motor. You don't need to by 4 clamps, just two as I didn't really need the handle. I used a towel to prop everything up and keep the cylinder or a 45* angle as you sit down. Typically I would use 1.75" cylinder which is 5.5 inch circumference and my girth was like 5.3 or 5.4 flaccid since the purpose is for length not girth. They also used some kind of lubricant like coconut oil, and he vibration only was on during the vacuum interval, usually the vibration setting up to 3-5 on the knob. (*It should be noted they were never Sponsors, only Advertisers; the difference is that Sponsors are vetted and are Community participants, whereas Advertisers are goods or services located in designated advertising areas of the Forum, and usually the kind of goods or services I think may be of interest to the Readership, that aren't pushing any obvious ethical boundaries.) They do claim that gains were made by some men, and presumably it could still be used for it, but whether it can be prescribed for size gains is a different story. I think ED is the new direction they want to go with this device, and since it is engineered to a level of sophistication not usually seen with conventional PE exercise equipment, no reason not to explore more (possibly promising) alternative avenues. In other words, I don't believe they are dismissing their prior claims, but are instead finding a broader application (which for business is also a good thing), and to be fair, that is more-or-less what they conveyed to me (so I can only take their word for it). As I said before, when phalback was blowing up on Reddit I purchased the prototype of the pump that mimics the same protocol in July 2024. I did not gain an inch, but vibration supposedly speeds up the time needed to pack a tube. Same with extending, although they say not to exceed 20-30 min a day of vibration. I attached a routine for vibration interval pumping, and I do believe I got some gains, just not one inch. I figure it can't hurt to continue using this as many users have pointed out that Avanti and others have recommended pumping for one+ month prior to going for PMMA injections will allow for more filler to be injected since the penis is already conditioned to a size beyond your normal erection. Just have to wait 8 weeks in between procedures to start seriously pumping and extending. You don't need to by 4 clamps, just two as I didn't really need the handle.
