So I take breaks between putting it on. I don't think I will wear it more than 3h a day. Is this normal or am I overstretching? There are studies regarding Restore X that indicate 30 min a day is enough and that there's no difference between wearing it 30 and 60 min. I wonder if this is the same for this device. The first month was definitely time for your body to get used to it. Don't overdo it and you'll be able to work up to more time. In the beginning, I'd have the stretch set to theiddle of the spring. By the end it was almost full strength most of the time. After many months (maybe 9) I think I hit a plateau and took it off to decondition my penis. Unfortunately never put it on much after that and lost some of my gains. Yeah this is not feasible for me. You can lose gains even after 6 months? Didn't know that. Yeah maybe because I'm already turning the screws at this stage that it hurts. I also think there's a learning curve when it comes to attaching the suction cup correctly, which contributes to the pain. I can't seem to get it right.
