Been reading this part of the forum and really interested in getting started with manual PE, but I’m a little overwhelmed by the vastness of this subject. I’ve had two filler procedures and likely will have another. I’m interested in gaining some length by means of extenders. Not sure what extender to get, how long I have to wear it per day, and if I have to pump alongside the extender routine. Could somebody help direct me in this department. I will note, however, they aren't exactly phalloplasty-friendly, so you probably won't find much in the way of guys who pump or stretch WHILE having had a procedure done -- BUT there is still plenty of legitimate info nonetheless. As for manual PE for men post-procedure, use this site and the [ PhalloBoards 2.0 Manual PE section](https://phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/penis-enlargement-exercises-equipment-supplements-all-other-nonsurgical-methods-198400) for whatever advice that's scattered about. I know it can be a lot, but find some private time, and happy reading. I’m curious what some of the guys who have also had procedures done have to say about this subject. I wonder if it will decrease the gains achieved if you do get longer. I also wonder what the risks are with pumping after procedures. I know guys do it and it’s even recommended by some doctors to make the skin more elastic for the next procedure… look forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts.
