I have done some personal research and have some ideas but i am curious what you guys think . I moved this topic to the more appropriate category since it involves manual devices. Also, I suspect you're dealing with a blister of sorts stemming from over-use of the device. If it persists or gets worse, I'd seek medical attention for it. Seems like you got a blister from it. Give it some time to heal and if it gets worse definitely contact your doctor to see if it could be anything else. I have been using it fro about a year. I trynto stretch as much a possible. It is a small thing fluid filled balloon small coming out of my penis head. First time this has ever happened. And looks freaky. If i decide to repay my membership at phalloboard i will attach a picture. Yes thanks for the help i think it is a blister. Or maybe a Bullae? Google images show things that are similar. But it seems harmless but boy it looked freaky when i saw it! Yikes. I realised my vacextender device squeezes mu glans and after awhile it causes these fluid filled bumps. Although they do seem harmless, they r an annoyance for me now and they look freaky. I guess i will have to maybe shorten my stretching regiment and maybe try to stretch with less tension. I have one from silistretcher and it makes the vacuum extender almost painless for the glans. It may help you problem. You could even try some cheap toe cap protectors from Amazon to see if it helps first. You shouldn't be getting these from the extender. Either you are leaving it on too long or pumping up too much pressure in the glans cap.
