I cut the 5 mg tablet into quarters and take 2 or 3 of the quarter tabs /wk. I turned 49 last week. I certainly think it stopped all of my hair thinning that was starting. As for my sex drive - well I guess it is less than 20 - 30 yrs ago but considering work/kids/life stresses I think I am OK.
