It is an alphablocker and generally used for men with prostate issues. One "side effect" of the meds is that it helps the Flaccid size hang longer/fuller. It does work in that I noticed a slight difference, but I am mostly a shower anyway so I can't say what the effect will be on someone who is a true Grower. Before reading your measurements I'd looked at the photos and thought to myself that is the epitome of an "average" sized penis. Now the word "average" is seen as negative thing around here, but in the real world it means "normal", so not worth messing around with.
