How many before and after photos have you seen at Thunders Place? Photos that are measured exactly the same and clearly the same penis? I can't recall more than a few.

Tony's size has always been my goal. I started looking into PE after I saw one his films for the first time. I become obsessed with getting bigger.

You can gain from all those things. I did all of that - lig, Hanging and gained 1.25" over the course of a year and a half of Hanging every day 8-10 hours, but if I had to hang that much I am not sure what the lig cut did. It made my Flaccid longer but I don't know if the lig cut as necessary.

I found using a tension device but pulling backwards (btc or between the cheeks) was the most effective method. I also found using DMSO 3 times per day and heat really helped. I never gained until I used those methods, but then added about 1/2" in a relatively short space of time. Unfortunately I lost my gains following one of the my "reconstructive" surgery.

I think it's very thick, so it's hard to get fully Erect. I don't think he's as long as Mandingo. He's bigger overall, but the sheer volume of the thing makes it seem like it would be longer than it really is.

No he hasn't. He started doing movies in the mid 90's, but was doing photo work from the early 90's. These are the days of big V/Y incisions and the penis would drop into the scrotum and create "dog ears." There is no evidence what so ever. Any old school PE surgery vets, of that era, will be able to tell you he hasn't had his ligs cut. Also there are photos of him with his pubic region shaved and there is zero signs of any kind of scar tissue.
