ThisI basically gave up porn back in December. I think a lot of guys get in the habbit of watching porn to wank, and watching way too much. It certainly changes the level of threshold that will turn a person on. On a biological level, there is a basis to porn addiction, and how mental stimulation of that nature will make it more difficult to get excited when the time comes. If you are a person who is having a lot of ED problems, I'd certainly try and give porn up first, and also give up masturbating for a bit. Worked wonders for me!
