Average Girth is around 4.75-5", and I am only 4.5" in Girth. That may be 'low' average or whatever, but I think it's not enough to satisfy/please a girl. My Girth is what makes me feel bad. It depends on the woman in all honesty. Some women's vagina is narrow. Girth sometimes and usually only becomes a "want" (rather than need) after a woman has had children. Your Erect length of 5.9 inches is good........if you used an extender, you could possibly gain another 1/2 Inch within a 6 month period. Like mentioned above, you could get a couple rounds of PMMA & be on your way to the promise land of manhood's. In the penile enlargement procedures, IMO, its way easier to get Girth gains in the Flaccid & Erect state than gaining in the length state with medical.procedures. Although if you do you have to understand that it is a long process that requires dedication, consistency and common sense.
