I'm sure he used to or still does endorse PE pills. Hanging is known to increased base Girth. Also, other than the base it seems that the Corpus Spongiosum is bigger. This can't be due to any type of enlargement surgery or cosmetic filler. The only reason I can think of for that would be increased blood flow. So maybe he's also using carverject or something similar before scene's now. Of course the number one reason it's bigger now than it was years ago is aspect ratio. All porn stars are now much bigger than they used to be due to advances in camera technology. The great Mandingo is "only" around 8.5 - 9", but if you change the aspect ratio, he loos huge and thus many argue he's at least 10". I think somewhere on Thundersplace or LPSG someone has posted photos of his penis using different aspect ratio's which explains why his penis when compared to other objects, such as hands and faces, can't really be more than around 9", but often looks considerably bigger.
