Each 1.5mL Radiesse syringe is $800. Each 1mL syringe of HA filler is $600. The starting baseline procedure entails injecting 2 syringes of HA in the distal shaft (right below the neck of the penis on the shaft further away from the body) while the remainder of the shaft is injected with a hybrid blend of Radiesse + HA such that each Hybrid is priced at $1400. The new MINIMUM VOLUME for procedure is 2 HA + 3 Hybrids. This equates to 9.5mL of volume. Regular Price is $5400, but is now discounted to $4500. After this minimum volume, an additional hybrid (2.5mL) is priced at $700, an extra 1mL HA syringe is $300. We are further discounting glans filler (only HA filler is used here) such that 5mL of HA, typically $1500, is now discounted to $1250. REPEAT PROCEDURES start with 2 hybrids, typically $2800, but discounted to $2500. After this minimum volume, an additional hybrid (2.5mL) is priced at $700, extra 1mL HA syringe is $300. Each additional 5mL of HA is $1250. HA ONLY AUGMENTATION start at 10mL for $4500 (down from $6000). After this minimum volume, an additional 1mL HA syringe is $300. You’re retention gallery is a great tool and shows that the immediate after procedure girth is not realistic. I’d say a. 30 day after measure a good starting point for retention? The benefit of temp fillers is it’s temporary if it’s bad, but what can be expected. Clear from your testimonials it is variable but what would you say is an average retention from the 3o day mark to 6 months and one year? They are injected with Trimix prior to augmentation. Their erections are reversed at the end of procedure. I won’t inject a patient at 30d or any said time frame just to take a look then inject them again to reverse their erections prior to leaving a follow up appointment. I do have one patient who is a doctor that measured his own erections daily for a period of 2 weeks after augmentation. He reported a loss of only 5% after 2 weeks compared to immediately after. The patient who claims all his filler disappeared after 6 months was having sex during the period of swelling. We are talking 5d and maybe less on subsequent top ups. Of course when the swelling subsided, he thought the filler didn’t last.
