I know when I had laser surgery the nurse gave me a prescription just in case I broke out with cold sores on my face! During any trauma an outbreak is possible. 90% of the population has herpes but most peope never get outbreaks or don't even notice them! Take acyclovir or valcyclovir for three days pre and prior and it should be fine. Johnny is right that herpes these days is like beyond NBD . . . which is a a testament to modern medicine's progress, its contributions (or lack thereof) to penis enlargement notwithstanding.
