That's good to hear. I would have to imagine there would be some benefit to the glans if both length and Girth are seeing benefits.

We have 50 P-Long providers in the US already and I am continuing to select, train and add them. Consultation can be in person or on video. I get a fair number of men who fly in to see me for the first procedure and then follow up with their local provider. I also built the website to provide essential information in multiple ways so that men are educated and have proper expectations.

I own the extender they use. It's definitely high quality, easy to put on, easier to keep on and easier to adjust than any other extender I've ever tried. I only wish the extender had an option of adding some replaceable soft silicone padding on the clamp. That would make the hold infinitely better and not require the use of a wrap. Currently I use a piece of exercise band as a wrap and it gives a much better hold than any other wrapping technique I've tried.

I'd be curious if any providers are undergoing the protocol themselves. That'd say a lot about the confidence in it. Obviously that'd be a personal revelation. But can you imagine the business that would bring in, if a Dr had their very own before and after pics on their site?

Two of the doctors are currently doing the P-Long on themselves. Since these are very personal issues, I don't anticipate that they would post images.

I have probably gained.75 inches in length from PE methods years ago but then plateaued. Most of that was probably from stretching the suspensory ligament as my Erection almost pointed straight up, now I point about straight out. Not sure about Girth gains since I didn't get measurements back then.Are there any comparison studies for using the protocol with and without PRP? My concern would be spending that amount and time and not making any or very minimal gains since I've already made gains with PE.

P-Long does not achieve gains by stretching the suspensory ligament. P-Long builds both length and Girth and function. We achieve gains by stretching the tunica of the corpora cavernosum. erections still point up. We use high potency PRP and AFFIRM Nitric Oxide booster to achieve these results.

You can achieve similar gains without PRP, but it would take 5x longer.

Could I do this while I still Have HA filler ? Will it impact the outcome at all?
