Grober. He said it would be 2500. More than I was hoping but UUA where I had my Circumcision done quotes 6500 so that's a no go. Love any insight you have. I have this too. When I stretch my penis out to it's max length of 7.25" (NON-bone pressed Erect length is 6"), my scrotum pulls out ridiculously ugly 5" towards my glans. Very unsightly and even when I'm fully Flaccid, my scrotum's 'attachment' points aren't only under the penis. Rather they are on the sides of my penis--in fact almost towards the top of my penis (is that called the ventral side? ie near my belly)...meaning it looks like my penis is almost 2" shorter, taking into account the webbing and my 1" fat pad. I was going to meet Dr Robert Stubbs of Toronto but he seems to be out of biz.
