TOPIC: Maximum Gains from One Round PMMA

My first round of PMMA with Dr. C was last year on August 1st 2018 and then the second round with Dr. M on Oct. 23rd 2018. After the first round, I gained right at 1/4" to 3/8" just behind the glans and .75" at the base (measured right before second round). After second round, I have settled at another 1/4" to 3/8" behind the glans and right at another 3/8" to 1/2" at the base (as of today). I'm an older guy so I probably don't heal or produce as much collegen as someone younger might.

After the procedure, be prepared to be really swollen for several days. I swelled to 7.3/8" around after the second round. I'm 6.25" now.

This is a big decision (no pun intended), really research and make sure this is something you really want to do. Your junk will not look the same and is a bit of a shocker to get used to. I also lost a bit of sensitivity, not enough to stop me from going back but is something you need to consider if you already have a hard time getting off.

By the way, the aftercare is the most important part. Got to stay on top of the instructions they give you and work a lot for a long time to get the best results.

This is not a one visit and done kindof deal, there will be areas that will need touchup and will require multiple visits.

I have to say that I feel like I picked the best place to go for this and overall really happy with the results.

DR. Morales: Yes, almost all the patients report 0.5 to 0.7 after the first session

and in it, a few members with documented experiences chime in and say .5 is actually expectable with one round. Granted this thread is nearly 7-8 years old now, which is why I wanted to reinforce a discussion, but it would seem to contradict what you say here, not saying you're definitely incorrect.

Yes I do recall a source or many (idr) finding 4.5' to be average now that you mention it. One thing I've learned tho from the two times I've had sex (lol) is that attitude matters. Your attitude about your dick, yourself, the moment, etc. so I don't think there's any need to feel disheartened if you are, like me.

Also, in the same line of thought as my other comment about putting an inch into perspective, 1/4 of an inch would also look and feel significant on the penis.

I'd have to agree, especially seeing as how fat is not permanent and lumps and other issues seem to be not only common but likely.

Jj I have also wondered about the shorter unit being able to gain more from PMMA. Theoretically, it makes sense, but only if the doctor uses the same amount on a 5' as he would a 6'. Probably not, but it probably varies with patient goals, desires, and a doctors decision made with those in mind. Either way, the thought gives me hope.

I would be willing to do more than one round, but I am a firm believer in the notion that the more you mess with something, the greater the risk.

thanks for writing to me. I wasn't aware of that. From what I understand, 4.8-5.1 have all been documented as "average" depending on which source you go to, so it goes to show you how dramatic even half an Inch, as you said, would be on the penis. I like to lift weights, and when I gained my first full Inch of size onto my upper arms, the difference was night and day. So thank you for helping put that in perspective for me. My point in mentioning the pornography is that it has morphed my perception of myself, btw.

I think a lot of guys don't realize what average really is. Even at 5" girth you are in the top 23 percent. A half inch would be significant. Try gaining that manually.

Oh I agree about the risks, and quitting while ahead. I just meant that even if you just want to gain 0.5", you should at least expect to allocate the travel expenses to go back and have an adjustment round after the initial. I have not been paying attention to what gains guys get from each PMMA round, but 0.5" would definitely be very reasonable from 12ml of HA or Ellanse.

They won't be able to provide any guarantee on size gains as all bodies are different

Good to know! I'd be in it for the long haul and expect and am prepared to go back for multiple rounds.

I genuinely think this is something I may pursue in a couple years time!
