After 1 month taking 20000IU + K2 (100mg) daily I had to stop. It didn't bother me that I started getting up at night to pee, and I even pushed through a week of stomach discomfort and some dizziness, but it increased to the point of nausea and at night I woke up with abdomen pain. I stopped 3 days ago and all symptoms are now gone. That's how it went for me, every one is different, it may work for you. I'm in my late 30's, weight 150 lbs and body fat below 10% probably relevant since vitamin D is stored in fat.. I'm very healthy, no bad habits, stress free..
